Abstract
SERPINAS MODIFICADAS PARA O TRATAMENTO DE TRANSTORNOS HEMORRÁGICOS. A presente invenção se refere a moléculas de serpina pró-coagulantes modificadas por meio de modificação dos resíduos em P4, P2, P1 e/ou P1' dentro do loop de centro reativo (RCL) para exibir especificidade aumentada por proteases anticoagulantes. Estas moléculas de serpina modificadas podem ser úteis em terapia, por exemplo, como pró-coagulantes para o tratamento de hemorragias.
