Abstract
The present patent of invention relates to a vacuum system (1) for sterilisation equipment without the use of water and not limited to saturated steam, particularly for use in equipment for sterilising medical implements for clinical, hospital or similar use. The vacuum system (1) for sterilisation equipment without the use of water not limited to saturated steam is formed by a vacuum pump (2), a vacuum inlet valve (3), an atmospheric air inlet valve (4), an atmospheric pressure stabilisation valve (5), a discharge valve (6) connected in series to the thermostatic valve (7) for removing condensation in the conditioning and heating phase, so that when the inlet of the vacuum pump (2) is connected a bend (8) is created which prevents the condensation generated from entering the vacuum pump (2)

Perda da prioridade BR1020130307025 de 28/11/2013 reivindicada no PCT/EP2014/075913, conforme as disposições previstas na Lei 9.279 de 14/05/1996 (LPI) art. 16 § 7°, item 28 do Ato Normativo 128/97 e no art. 29 da Resolução INPI-PR 77/2013. Esta perda se deu pelo fato de o depositante constante da petição de requerimento do pedido PCT ("Cisa Production S.r.l.") ser distinto daquele que depositou a prioridade reivindicada e não foi apresentado o documento comprobatório de cessão no prazo legal, conforme as disposições previstas na Lei 9.279 de 14/05/1996 (LPI) art. 16 § 6°, item 27 do Ato Normativo 128/97 e no art. 2 da Resolução INPI-PR 179/2017.
