Abstract
A invenção fornece imunoensaios de IGFBP7 com melhor desempenho clínico, particularmente quando utilizados na avaliação de lesões renais. Os imunoensaios dependem da seleção e utilização de anticorpos e de pares de anticorpos que apresentam um melhor desempenho no ensaio quando utilizados em espécimes clínicos complexos, tais como fluidos biológicos, e particularmente quando utilizados em formatos de ensaio rápido, tais como dispositivos de teste de fluxo lateral.
