Abstract
A presente invenção fornece métodos para preparar agrupamentos de células-tronco pluripotentes agregadas para diferenciação. Especificamente, a invenção revela métodos de diferenciação de células pluripotentes em linhagens de células beta, células cardíacas e células neuronais usando agrupamento de suspensão. Os métodos envolvem preparar os agrupamentos de células agregadas e a subsequente diferenciação desses agrupamentos.
