Resumo da Patente de Invenção para: "DETECÃÃO DE ATIVIDADE DE CLIVAGEM DE UMA ENZIMA" A presente invenção refere-se à detecção da atividade de clivagem de uma enzima. Os vários aspectos da invenção compreendem um dispositivo de detecção de enzima, kit, método e uso para detectar ou medir a presença, em uma amostra de teste, da atividade de uma enzima que tem a capacidade de clivar substratos. A invenção também se refere a moléculas indicadoras e de ligação úteis para executar a invenção. O substrato de enzima contém um sÃtio de ligação oculto que é apenas revelado mediante a clivagem pela enzima.
