RESUMOPatente de invenção para "MÉTODO PARA A DESCOLORAÇÃO DE UMA SOLUÇÃO DE AÇÚCAR COM O USO DE ENZIMAS"A presente invenção se refere a métodos para a descoloração de uma solução de açúcar, obtida a partir de colheitas de açúcar, em que a solução é tratada enzimaticamente com uma oxidorredutase, do que resulta uma diminuição da cor e/ou da turvação da solução. São também descritos métodos para a descoloração de soluções de suco de fruta, utilizando oxidorredutases.
