Abstract

ÿþResumo da Patente de Invenção para: PROCESSO APRIMORADO PARA PREPARAR FÓRMULA INFANTIL UTILIZANDO UM MISTURADOR ESTÁTICO . A presente invenção se refere a um processo para preparar uma composição contendo um componente proteico e um componente lipídico atomizada que compreende grandes glóbulos lipídicos, de preferência revestidos com lipídios polares, e as composições obtidas a partir disso. Opcionalmente, a composição contendo o componente proteico e lipídio é atomizada. As composições obtidas são para alimentar lactentes e crianças pequenas.
