1 / 1 RESUMO âINDUTOR DE TIRO ÃNICO, E, MÃTODO PARA TRATAMENTO TÃRMICO POR INDUÃÃO DE TIRO ÃNICOâ Um indutor de tiro único é provido para tratamento térmico por indução de uma peça de trabalho complexa que tem um componente pelo menos parcialmente cilÃndrico com seu eixo geométrico central coincidente com o eixo geométrico central de um componente circular e conectado por uma extremidade ao componente circular com um diâmetro maior do que o diâmetro do componente pelo menos parcialmente cilÃndrico. O indutor de tiro único tem uma seção de indutor de cruzamento único conectada à s primeiras extremidades de duas seções de indutor de perna longitudinal com as segundas extremidades das duas seções de indutor de perna longitudinal conectadas a uma seção de indutor de colar que circunda toda a circunferência do componente pelo menos parcialmente cilÃndrico quando a peça de trabalho complexa é carregada no indutor de uma espira de tiro único para uma aplicação de aquecimento por indução. Alternativamente o indutor de tiro único pode ter duas seções de indutor de colar interconectadas entre duas seções de indutor de perna longitudinal onde uma das seções de perna pode aceitar um suprimento de corrente alternada.
