Abstract
1/1 RESUMO AÇO INOXIDÁVEL DUPLEX FERRÍTICO AUSTENÍTICO A invenção diz respeito a um aço inoxidável duplex de ferrítico austenítico tendo de 40 60% em volume de ferrita e 40 60% em volume de austenita, preferencialmente 45-55 % em volume de ferrita e 45 55% em volume de austenita na condição recozida, e tendo trabalhabilidade a frio melhorada e resistência ao impacto. O aço inoxidável contém em peso % menor que 0,07% de Carbono (C), 0,1 2,0% de silício (Si), 3-5% de manganês (Mn), 19-23% de cromo (Cr), 1,1 1,9% de níquel (Ni), 1,13,5% de cobre (Cu), 0,18-0,30% de nitrogênio (N), opcionalmente molibdênio (Mo) e/ou tungstênio (W) em uma quantidade total calculada com a fórmula (Mo + ½W) 10, onde Creq = Cr + 1,5Si + Mo + 2Ti + 0,5Nb Nieq = Ni + 0,5Mn + 30(C+N) + 0,5 (Cu+Co).
