Abstract
RESUMODISPOSITIVOS FOTOVOLTAICOS E MÉTODOS PARA SE FAZÊ-LOS Um dispositivo fotovoltaico é apresentado. O dispositivo fotovoltaico inclui uma pilha de camada; e uma camada absorvente é disposta sobre a pilha de camada. A camada absorvente compreende selênio, em que uma concentração atômica de selênio varia através de uma espessura da camada absorvente. O dispositivo fotovoltaico é substancialmente livre de uma camada de sulfeto de cádmio.1/1
