Abstract
RESUMOMÉTODO DE PULVERIZAÇÃO DE ALTA VELOCIDADE, APARELHO PARA PULVERIZAÇÃO E COMPONENTETrata-se de um método de pulverização de alta velocidade para tratar a superfície de um componente (C), em que o método compreende as etapas de: aquecer uma primeira porção de um gás inerte até uma temperatura de pulverização (T3) compreendida entre 550 °C e 800 °C; preparar um material em pó que tem uma composição que inclui Co a uma percentagem de massa compreendido entre 15% e 70%; preparar uma mistura entre o material em pó e uma segunda porção de gás inerte; misturar a primeira porção de gás inerte e a mistura de gás e pó em uma pistola de pulverização (60) a fim de criar um jato de pulverização (80); e direcionar o dito jato de pulverização (80) para a superfície a ser tratada a fim de depositar um revestimento (S) do material que inclui Co.
