Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO MULTIPARTICULADA COM REVESTIMENTO ENTÉRICO COM SUBREVESTIMENTO PROTEINÁCEO. Uma composição multiparticulada inclui uma pluralidade de núcleos com revestimento entérico individuais contendo um ou mais ingredientes ativos com base em terpeno e tendo uma camada contínua de subrevestimento proteináceo cobrindo os núcleos individuais e separando os núcleos individuais dos seus respectivos revestimentos entéricos. A camada de subrevestimento proteináceo contínuo impede os ingredientes ativos voláteis com base em terpeno de deixar o núcleo, mesmo quando o núcleo é aquecido durante o processamento ou armazenado por períodos longos acima da temperatura ambiente. A composição multiparticulada pode ser usada para tratar distúrbios gastrointestinais.
