RESUMO Pedido de patente de invenção para "DISPOSITIVO E MÃTODOS DE TRIAGEM DE ELEVADO RENDIMENTO DE ESPERMATOZOIDESA presente invenção descreve um sistema, dispositivo e método para triagem de células de espermatozoides, em um chip de micro fluido. Em particular, várias caracterÃsticas são incorporadas no chip de micro fluido e em sistemas de triagem para alinhar e orientar espermatozoides em canais de fluxo, bem como para determinar a orientação de espermatozoides e a medição do teor relativo de DNA.
