Abstract
RESUMOMÉTODOS, POLINUCLEOTÍDEOS E KITSSão fornecidos vários métodos e composições para identificar e/ou selecionar plantas de soja ou germoplasma de soja com resistência aprimorada à Mancha Foliar Olho-De-Rã e/ou Podridão Parda da Haste. Em certas realizações, o método compreende detectar pelo menos um locus marcador que está associado com resistência à Mancha Foliar Olho-De-Rã e/ou Podridão Parda da Haste. Em outras realizações, o método ainda compreende detectar pelo menos um perfil de marcador ou haplótipo associado com resistência à Mancha Foliar Olho-De-Rã e/ou Podridão Parda da Haste. Em realizações adicionais, o método compreende cruzar uma planta de soja selecionada com uma segunda planta de soja. São ainda fornecidos marcadores, primers, sondas e kits úteis para identificar e/ou selecionar plantas de soja ou germoplasma de soja com resistência aprimorada à Mancha Foliar Olho-De-Rã e/ou Podridão Parda da Haste.
