Abstract
RESUMO USO DE NUCLEASES TERMOFÍLICAS PARA DEGRADAR ÁCIDOS NUCLEICOSA presente invenção relaciona-se com a utilização de uma nuclease termofílica para degradar ácidos nucleicos in vivo e/ou in situ, em que a nuclease termofílica é heterólogo para a célula hospedeira, e é produzida pelo hospedeiro, em vez de ser adicionado exogenamente. A presente invenção está ainda relacionada com uma célula geneticamente modificada que foi produzida de acordo com o método acima. A presente invenção é particularmente benéfica na inativação da atividade biológica de DNA recombinante em biomassa ou produtos derivados da biomassa.
