Abstract
RESUMOARTIGO METÁLICO INDEPENDENTE PARA SEMICONDUTORES Um artigo metálico independente, e um método de fabricação, são revelados em que o artigo metálico é eletroformado num mandril eletricamente condutor. O mandril tem uma superfície externa com um padrão pré-formado, em que pelo menos uma porção do artigo metálico é formada no padrão pré-formado. O artigo metálico é separado do mandril eletricamente condutor, que forma um artigo metálico independente que pode ser acoplado com a superfície de um material semicondutor para uma célula fotovoltaica.
