Abstract
RESUMOPatente de Invenção: "DISPOSITIVOS MÉDICOS REVESTIDOS E MÉTODOS DE PRODUZIR E USAR OS MESMOS".A presente invenção refere-se a métodos de revestimento e dispositivos relacionados. Tais dispositivos podem incluir stents. Por exemplo, o dispositivo pode compreender uma parede lateral e uma pluralidade de poros na parede lateral, que são dimensionados para inibir o fluxo do sangue através da parede lateral em um aneurisma até um grau suficiente para levar à trombose e à cura do aneurisma, quando o membro tubular é posicionado em um vaso sanguíneo e adjacente ao aneurisma. O dispositivo também pode compreender um revestimento antitrombogênico distribuído sobre pelo menos uma porção do dispositivo, de maneira tal que os poros ficam substancialmente livres das redes formadas pelo revestimento.
