The microscope module comprises a housing, a lens element, a sampling assembly. The lens element is mounted on the housing. The sampling assembly is accommodated in the housing.. The sampling assembly is configured to sample a specimen and comprises a base body and a light guide element. The base body has a top portion and a anchoring structure connected to the top portion. The light guide element is connected to the anchoring structure and guiding a light to the top portion.
