Abstract
MÃTODO DE SELEÃÃO DE UMA CARACTERÃSTICA GENETICAMENTE DESEJÃVEL. Testes genéticos, tais como análise de genoma completo (WGA), vêm sendo empregados para identificar embriões geneticamente superiores. Os métodos descritos estendem o tempo de cultura in vitro de embriões enquanto se aguardam os resultados de testes genéticos sendo realizados sobre uma parte dos mesmos embriões. Os métodos descritos também ajudam a expandir a quantidade de células em cada embrião antes da implantação no receptor.
