RESUMOANTICORPOS ANTI-PD-L1 MONOCLONAIS HUMANOS E MÉTODOS DE USOA presente invenção compreende anticorpos monoclonais humanos que se ligam a PD-L1 (também conhecido como ligante de morte programada 1 ou B7H1). A ligação do anticorpo inventado ao PD-L1 inibe a ligação ao seu receptor, PD1 (morte programada 1), e atividades mediadas pelo ligante e pode se usado para tratar câncer e infecções virais crônicas.
