MÃTODO PARA A PRODUÃÃO DE UMA COMPOSIÃÃO DE SUCO DOCE, COMPOSIÃÃO DE SUCO DOCE, PRODUTO ALIMENTAR, DE BEBIDA, FARMACÃUTICO OU DE SUPLEMENTO DIETÃTICO E USO DE UMA COMPOSIÃÃO DE SUCO DOCE. A presente divulgação refere-se a métodos de produção de uma composição de suco doce a partir de fruto dos monges e outros frutos da famÃlia Cucurbitaceae contendo mogrosÃdeo V e outros glicosÃdeos de terpeno. Os métodos empregam uma resina de troca catiônica e uma resina de troca aniônica para se obter uma composição de suco doce com um sabor limpo. A composição de suco doce pode ser utilizada em um produto alimentar, de bebida, farmacêutico ou de suplemento dietético.
