Abstract
RESUMOMATRIZ EXTRACELULAR MAGNÉTICAMétodos de fazer e usar uma ECM magnética são revelados. A ECM compreende nanopartículas positivamente e negativamente carregadas, em que uma das referidas nanopartículas contém um elemento magneticamente responsivo. Quando a ECM magnética é semeada com células, as células serão magnetizadas e podem ser levitadas para cultura de célula 3-D.
