Abstract
ENDOGLICANASES MELHORADAS PARA TRATAMENTO DE MATERIAL CELULÓSICO.A presente invenção refere-se à produção de açúcares fermentáveis a partir do material lignocelulósico por conversão enzimática. Açúcares fermentáveis são úteis, por exemplo, na produção de bioetanol. Os novos polipeptídeos tendo atividade de endoglicanase, polinucleotídeos que os codificam e vetores e células hospedeiras que contêm os polinucleotídeos são descritos. Um método para tratamento do material celulósico com a nova endoglicanase bem como usos das enzimas e preparações de enzimas e um método da preparação delas são descritos.
