Abstract
PROCESSO PARA FABRICAÃÃO DE CI-CLOPENTAPIRIMIDINA HIDROXILADA E DE SEUS RESPECTIVOS SAIS CRISTALINOS. A invenção refere-se a novos processos para a fabricação e purificação de sais de compostos de ciclo-pentapiri midina hidroxilada, que são úteis como inibidores de AKT usados no tratamento de doenças como câncer, incluindo sal mono-clorÃdrico de(S)-2-(4-clorofenil)-1-(4-((5R , 7R )-7-hidróxi-5-metil-6,7-di-hidro-5H-ciclopenta[d]pirimidin-4-il)piperazin-1-il)-3-(isopropilamina)propan-1-ona.
