Abstract
RESUMOMATERIAL DE AÇO DE MANCAL TENDO CARACTERÍSTICAS DE FADIGA DE ROLAMENTO SUPERIORES E UM MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR O MESMOO problema endereçado pela presente invenção é o de alcançar um material de aço de mancal para obter um componente de mancal tendo ainda uma resistên-cia de fadiga de rolamento aumentada. O material de aço de mancal satisfaz uma composição elementar predeterminada, e em uma região de fase de origem (região de interface) durante 20 nm a partir da superfície de cementita esferoidizada, o Si continha (interface Si), Mn (interface Mn), Cr (interface Cr), Cu (interface Cu), Ni (interface Ni), e Mo (interface Mo), satisfazem a fórmula (1) abaixo mencionada. 9,0 = 1,4 x interface Si + 1,8 x interface Mn + 5,5 x interface Cu + 4,2 x inter-face Ni + 4,8 x interface Cr + 5,5 x interface M.(1).
