RESUMOPatente de Invenção: "BIOMARCADORES PARA O DIAGNÓSTICO, O PROGNÓSTICO, A AVALIAÇÃO E A ESTRATIFICAÇÃO DE TERAPIA DE SÍNCOPE". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para o diagnóstico e/ou o prognóstico e/ou a avaliação e/ou a estratificação de terapia de síncope em um paciente o processo compreendendo: a determinação do nível de pelo menos um biomarcador selecionado do grupo que consiste em proET-1, proADM, proANP, proBNP, proAVP e PCT ou um fragmento de pelo menos 12 aminoácidos do mesmo, em uma amostra de um fluido corporal do dito paciente, a correlação do dito nível de pelo menos um biomarcador ou fragmentos do mesmo com o diagnóstico e/ou o prognóstico e/ou a avaliação e/ou a estratificação de terapia de síncope.
