1 / 1 RESUMO âAGENTE MELHORADOR DE CONDUTIVIDADE TÃRMICA, COMPOSIÃÃO DE RESINA, ARTIGO MOLDADO, LÃMINA DE RADIAÃÃO DE CALOR, E, MÃTODO PARA MELHORAR A CONDUTIVIDADE TÃRMICA DE UMA COMPOSIÃÃO DE RESINAâ O objetivo da presente invenção reside em fornecer um agente melhorador de condutividade térmica que pode conferir um nÃvel alto de condução térmica a uma resina. O agente melhorador de condutividade térmica de acordo com a presente invenção compreende, como o componente efetivo, partÃculas de hidróxido de magnésio que têm uma espessura de 10 nm a 0,2 µm e uma razão de aspecto (eixo maior/espessura) medida por SEM menor que 10.
