Abstract
CONSTRUÃÃO DE DNA RECOMBINANTE E MÃTODOS DE AUMENTO DO TEOR DE ÃLEO DE SEMENTES DE SOJA. São descritas construções de DNA recombinante que compreendem o promotor de sacarose sintase de soja, ligado operativamente a polinucleotÃdeos que codificam fatores de transcrição tais como ODP1, Lec1 e FUSCA3. Estas construções são utilizadas para aumentar o teor de óleo, mantendo ao mesmo tempo a germinação normal em plantas oleaginosas. Métodos de aumento do teor de óleo nas sementes de uma planta oleaginosa utilizando esta construção também são descritos no presente.
