RESUMOCHAPA E SISTEMA DE PARAFUSO DE TRANSFIXAÇÃO CANULADO PARA IMPLANTE HUMANOUm sistema para fixar juntos o primeiro e o segundo osso através de uma junta inclui uma chapa de fixação compreendendo um corpo que tem um eixo longitudinal e primeira, e segunda, extremidades. Um furo de parafuso de travamento é disposto próximo à primeira extremidade. Um ou mais furos de parafuso de fixação são dispostos no corpo. O sistema inclui um parafuso compreendendo um corpo oco alongado tendo aberturas na primeira e segunda extremidade e tendo uma ponta na primeira extremidade e uma cabeça na segunda extremidade.
