Abstract
RESUMOPatente de Invenção: "MÉTODO DE TRATAMENTO DE TUMORES QUE SÃO RESISTENTES A TERAPIAS DE EGFR POR CONJUGADO DE AGENTE CITOTÓXICO DE ANTICORPO EGFR".A presente invenção refere-se à identificação de que imunoconjugados de anticorpo EGFR são eficazes na inibição do crescimento de células tumorais que desenvolveram mecanismos de resistência a EGFR e/ou ALK. Métodos para administrar os imunoconjugados de anticorpo EGFR aos pacientes tendo células tumorais resistentes são ainda divulgados.
