Abstract
DISPOSITIVOS MÉDICOS DE ELUIÇÃOA invenção é dirigida a dispositivos médicos de eluição que permitem a entrega consistente "sob demanda" de agentes terapêuticos a um vaso. O dispositivo médico da presente invenção compreende um membro expansível, um revestimento hidrofílico que compreende pelo menos um agente terapêutico sobre o componente expansível ou uma camada estrutural e uma bainha exterior, com uma microestrutura variavelmente permeável. A concepção e métodos aqui divulgados asseguram que o fornecimento do agente terapêutico ocorra essencialmente apenas durante a expansão do componente expansível, minimizando revestimento e / ou perda do agente terapêutico à corrente sanguínea e proporcionando a entrega controlada para o local de tratamento.
