Abstract
ESTERILIZAÇÃO POR RADIAÇÃO ELETROMAGNÉTICA NÃO IONIZANTE NA EMBALAGEM.A presente invenção refere-se a um método para redução de micro-organismos (esterilização) em um produto de fluxo livre em um recipiente. O produto no recipiente é irradiado com radiação eletromagnética não ionizante em uma densidade de energia suficiente para atingir temperatura comercialmente estéril e é manipulado de uma maneira a distribuir calor e assegurar que o produto e o recipiente atinjam uma temperatura suficiente para esterilizar comercialmente o produto e as superfícies internas do recipiente.
