Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÃÃO DE COMPOSTOS. A invenção divulga um processo melhorado para a preparação de aminas 3,5-dissubstituído-2,4,6-triiodo aromáticas de fórmula (II), na qual R1 e R2 são tais corno aqui definidos. Os compostos de fórmula (II) são os intermediários chaves para a síntese de uma série de agentes de contraste não iônicos tais como Iopamidol, Ioexol e Iodixanol. O processo compreende reagir reagentes de iodação livres de cloro com aminas 3,5-dissubstituído-2,4,6-triiodo aromáticas para obter aminas 3,5-dissubstituído-2,4,6-triiodo aromáticas de fórmula (II), sendo que o rendimento molar da reação de iodação pode atingir 89%.
