Abstract

ABSTRACT The present inventors have discovered that in living organisms that have received an antigen-binding molecule containing an antigen-binding domain whose binding activity to an antigen changes depending on ion concentration conditions and containing an FcRn-binding domain having FcRn-binding activity in a neutral pH range, immune responses to the antigen are induced. Furthermore, the present inventors have discovered that in living organisms that have received an antigen-binding molecule containing an antigen-binding domain whose binding activity to an antigen changes depending on ion concentration conditions and containing an FcRn-binding domain having FcRn-binding activity in a neutral pH range, immune responses to the antigen are induced, and also the antigen-binding molecule has cytotoxicity or antiproliferative action against cancer cells, foreign biological species, or such that express the antigen to which the antigen-binding molecule binds.TRADUÇÃO DO RESUMORESUMOPatente de Invenção: "MOLÉCULA DE LIGAÇÃO A ANTÍGENO DE INDUÇÃO DE RESPOSTA IMUNE A ANTÍGENO ALVO".A presente invenção refere-se à constatação pelos inventores que em organismos vivos que receberam uma molécula de ligação a antígeno contendo um domínio de ligação a antígeno cuja atividade de ligação a um antígeno muda dependendo das condições de concentração de íon e contendo um domínio de ligação de FcRn tendo atividade de ligação de FcRn em uma faixa de pH neutro, respostas imunes ao antígeno são induzidas. Ainda, os presentes inventores constataram que em organismos vivos que receberam uma molécula de ligação a antígeno contendo um domínio de ligação a antígeno cuja atividade de ligação a um antígeno muda dependendo das condições de concentração de íon e contendo um domínio de ligação a FcRn tendo atividade de ligação a FcRn em uma faixa de pH neutro, respostas imunes ao antígeno são induzidas, e também a molécula de ligação a antígeno tem citotoxidez ou ação antiproliferativa contra células de câncer, espécies biológicas estranhas ou similar que expressam o antígeno ao qual a molécula de ligação a antígeno se liga.
