Trata-se de um dispositivo de guia (1) no qual cÃ©lulas (3) sÃ£o confinadas entre uma superfÃcie de sustentaÃ§Ã£o (2) e uma superfÃcie texturizada (6) de um substrato (5), em que a dita superfÃcie texturizada (6) tem uma estrutura tridimensional anisotrÃ³pica (8) que tem um padrÃ£o de repetiÃ§Ã£o que se repete de acordo com um eixo geomÃ©trico de repetiÃ§Ã£o (X), em que o dito padrÃ£o de repetiÃ§Ã£o tem uma sucessÃ£o de espaÃ§os de guia (15) adjacentes entre si de acordo com o eixo geomÃ©trico de repetiÃ§Ã£o (X), sendo cada um dos ditos espaÃ§os de guia (15) capaz de receber pelo menos uma porÃ§Ã£o de uma das cÃ©lulas (3) e sendo orientado de acordo com uma direÃ§Ã£o de anisotropia (A1) para guiar um movimento das cÃ©lulas (3) na direÃ§Ã£o de anisotropia (A1).
