The methods comprise applying at least one terpene or terpenoid compound to the plant or a plant part, or to the fruit or a plant carrying the fruit, aod/or applying to an area around a plant or plant part or around a fruit.TRADUÇÃO DO RESUMORESUMOPatente de Invenção: "MÉTODOS PARA MELHORAR A SAÚDE E PROMOVER O CRESCIMENTO DE UMA PLANTA E/OU DE MELHORAR O AMADURECIMENTO DA FRUTA". A presente invenção provê métodos para melhorar a saúde de uma planta, promover o crescimento de uma planta e/ou de melhorar o amadurecimento deficiente. Os métodos consistem em aplicar pelo menos um composto terpênico ou terpenoide à planta ou parte de planta, ou à fruta ou a uma planta que suporta a fruta, e/ou aplicar a uma área ao redor de uma planta ou parte de planta ou ao redor de uma fruta.
