Abstract
PROCESSOS PARA SEPARAR ÃXIDO DE ZINCO DE MATÃRIA-PRIMA CONTENDO MISTURA DE METAIS E COMPOSTOS DE METAL E PARA SEPARAR ZINCO DE MATÃRIA-PRIMACONTENDO ZINCO. Um processo para separar zinco de uma matéria-prima contendo uma mistura de metais e compostos de metal. O processo inclui a lixiviação de uma matéria-prima contendo zinco com uma solução básica concentrada, opcionalmente diluindo a pasta com uma quantidade de água suficiente para reduzir a viscosidade da pasta,desse modo, facilitando a separação de um licor mãe contendo zinco dissolvido de materiais insolúveis, separando os materiais insolúveis do licor mãe e precipitando óxido de zinco a partir do licor mãe adicionando um antissolvente ao licor mãe. O processo descrito também fornece a reciclagem da solução básica e do antissolvente.
