Abstract
COMPOSTO, COMPOSIÃÃO FARMACÃUTICA, E, MÃTODOS PARA A INIBIÃÃO DE ROMK, PARA A PROVOCAÃÃO DE DIURESE, NATRIURESE OU AMBAS, E PARA O TRATAMENTO OU A PROFILAXIA DE UM OU MAIS DISTÃRBIOS. A presente invenção fornece compostos de Fórmula Ia e os sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis dos mesmos, que são inibidores do canal ROMK (Kir1.1). Os compostos podem ser usados como agentes diuréticos e/ou natriuréticos e para a terapia e a profilaxia de condições médicas que incluem doenças cardiovasculares tais como hipertensão, insuficiência cardÃaca e condições associadas com retenção excessiva de sal e de água.
