RESUMOPRODUTO DE CONFEITARIA IMPREGNADO COM CHOCOLATEHá uma demanda para um produto de confeitaria impregnado com chocolate, que tem uma textura alimentar leve (textura alimentar crocante) intrínseca a uma base de confeitaria do mesmo, bem como sabor suave (sabor chocolate). O produto de confeitaria impregnado com chocolate inclui um cereal inchado (2) como um alimento de base oco e chocolate (3) infiltrado no cereal inchado (2). O porcentagem em peso WO do chocolate (3), com base no peso médio, é de 70 a 80 % em peso. O percentual oco (SO), que é a razão entre a área (S2) de uma cavidade (4) para a área (S1) da seção inteira tomada por corte de uma porção central do alimento de base oca, é de 7 a 30 % em peso. O produto de confeitaria impregnado com chocolate (1) tem uma textura alimentar leve (textura alimentar crocante) bem como sabor suave (sabor chocolate).
