Abstract
DISPOSITIVO E PROCESSO PARA A ESTERILIZAÃÃO DE UMA EMULSÃO A UMA ULTRA-ALTA TEMPERATURA E EMULSÃO PARA APLICAÃÃES DERMOCOSMÃTICAS.A invenção se refere a um processo para a esterilização a uma alta temperatura de uma emulsão, especialmente de uma preparação dermocosmética, caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende as etapas que consistem em: a. pré-aquecer (120) progressivamente a emulsão até uma temperatura de preaquecimento, T1, limite da estabilidade da emulsão; b. realizar uma esterilização (130) a uma ultra-alta temperatura por infusão da emulsão assim preaquecida que compreende: i. um aquecimento (131) a uma temperatura, T2 de esterilização ii. uma manutenção (132) à temperatura de esterilização iii. um resfriamento (133) a vácuo a uma temperatura, T3, de fim de esterilização c. resfriar (150) progressivamente com agitação até uma temperatura T4, de armazenagem.
