RESUMOPatente de Invenção: "MÉTODO DE CODIFICAÇÃO DE IMAGEM EM MOVIMENTO, APARELHO DE CODIFICAÇÃO DE IMAGEM EM MOVIMENTO, MÉTODO DE DECODIFICAÇÃO DE IMAGEM EM MOVIMENTO E APARELHO DE DECODIFICAÇÃO DE IMAGEM EM MOVIMENTO".A presente invenção refere-se a um método de codificação de imagem em movimento para codificar uma imagem de entrada que inclui: converter um valor de um primeiro parâmetro em um primeiro sinal binário, o primeiro parâmetro identificando um tipo de um processo de compensação de amostra a ser aplicado a uma imagem reconstruída que corresponde à imagem de entrada (S301); e codificar pelo menos uma porção do primeiro sinal binário através da codificação aritmética por bypass usando uma probabilidade fixa (S302).20047384v1
