Abstract
RESUMOPatente de Invenção: "PRODUTOS FARMACÊUTICOS ANTI-INFLAMATÓRIOS". A presente invenção refere-se a polipeptídeos tendo homologia a regiões dos 50 resíduos N-terminais de Anexina 1 humana são fornecidos para uso médico como agentes anti-inflamatórios. Alguns dos polipeptídeos têm homologia aos 48 resíduos N-terminais de Anexina 1 humana, especialmente aos resíduos 2 a 48 e 11 a 48 destes. Em algumas modalidades, as propriedades destes compostos são melhoradas pelo menos por uma modificação em resíduos correspondendo aos resíduos 11, 22, 25 e/ou 36 de Anexina 1 humana, e/ou pela amidação do C-terminal do polipeptídeo. Os análogos dos aminoácidos 2 a 26 de Anexina 1 humana, especialmente acetilados no N-terminal e/ou amidados no C-terminal e tendo modificações em 11 e/ou 22 também são descritos para o uso médico como agentes anti-inflamatórios.
