A combinação de um instrumento de preparação do solo de cesta de rolamento e um instrumento de distribuição de semente é revelada. Um sistema de montagem ajustável em altura para um instrumento de preparação do solo de cesta de rolamento também é revelado para uso com uma plantadora que permite que tal instrumento seja elevado acima do solo conforme necessário para evitar condições molhadas.
