Perda da prioridade US 13/166,927 de 23/06/2011 reivindicada no PCT/IB2012/052520, conforme as disposições previstas na Lei 9.279 de 14/05/1996 (LPI) art. 16 § 7°, item 28 do Ato Normativo 128/97 e no art. 29 da Resolução INPI-PR 77/2013. Esta perda se deu pelo fato de o depositante constante da petição de requerimento do pedido PCT ("Kimberly-Clark Worldwide, Inc") ser distinto daquele que depositou a prioridade reivindicada e não foi apresentado documento comprobatório de cessão, conforme as disposições previstas na Lei 9.279 de 14/05/1996 (LPI) art. 16 § 6°, item 27 do Ato Normativo 128/97 e no art. 28 da Resolução INPI-PR 77/2013.
