Abstract of the Disclosure ANALYSIS AND SORTING OF MOTILE CELLS A method for sorting motile cells includes introducing an initial population of motile cells into an inlet port of a microfluidic channel, the initial population of motile cells having a first average motility; incubating the population of motile cells in the microfluidic channel; and collecting a sorted population of motile cells at an outlet port of the microfluidic channel. The sorted population of motile cells has a second average motility higher than the first average motility. _______________________________________________________________________TRADUÇÃO DO RESUMORESUMOPatente de Invenção: "ANÁLISE E CLASSIFICAÇÃO DE CÉLULAS MÓVEIS". A presente invenção se refere a um método para classificar células móveis que inclui introduzir uma população inicial de células móveis em uma porta de entrada de um canal microfluídico, a população inicial de células móveis tendo uma primeira motilidade média; incubar a população de células móveis no canal microfluídico; e coletar a população classificada de células móveis em uma porta de saída do canal microfluídico. A população classificada de células móveis tem uma segunda motilidade média mais alta do que a primeira motilidade média.
