ABSTRACT Compounds of Formula I:Ior stereoisomers, tautomers, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, or solvates or prodrugs thereof, where R1, R2, Ra, Rb, Rc, Rd, X, Y, B, and Ring C are as defined herein, and wherein the Y-B moiety and the NH-C(=X)-NH moiety are in the trans configuration, are inhibitors of TrkA kinase and are useful in the treatment of diseases which can be treated with a TrkA kinase inhibitor such as pain, cancer, inflammation, neurodegenerative diseases and certain infectious diseases.TRADUÇÃO DO RESUMORESUMOPatente de Invenção: "COMPOSTOS DE PIRROLIDINIL UREIA E PIRROLIDINIL TIOUREIA COMO INIBIDORES DE TRKA QUINASE". Compostos de Fórmula I: Iou estereoisômeros, tautômeros ou sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, ou solvatos ou pró-drogas dos mesmos, onde R1, R2, Ra, Rb, Rc, Rd, X, Y, B, e Anel C são como definidos aqui e em que a fração Y-B e a fração NH-C(=X)-NH estão na configuração trans, são inibidores de TrkA quinase e são úteis no tratamento de doenças as quais podem ser tratadas com um inibidor de TrkA quinase, tal como dor, câncer, inflamação, doenças neurodegenerativas e certas doenças infecciosas.
