Abstract

ABSTRACTA pyrazolopyridine compound according to Formula I, able to inhibit JAK is disclosed, as well as pharmaceutically acceptable salts, a solvate thereof, solvates of the pharmaceutically acceptable salts and biologically active metabolite thereof. The compound may be prepared as a pharmaceutical composition, and may be used for the treatment or prophylaxis of a variety of conditions in mammals including humans, and particularly, such conditions as may be associated with aberrant JAK activity, including by way of non-limiting example, allergy, inflammatory conditions, autoimmune diseases, proliferative diseases, transplant rejection, diseases involving impairment of cartilage turnover, congenital cartilage malformations, and/or diseases associated with hypersecretion of IL6.TRADUÇÃO DO RESUMORESUMOPatente de Invenção: "COMPOSTO ÚTIL PARA O TRATAMENTO DE DO-ENÇAS DEGENERATIVA E INFLAMATÓRIA". A presente invenção refere-se ao composto de pirazolopyridina de acordo com a Fórmula I, capaz de inibir JAK, bem como sais farmaceuti-camente aceitáveis, um solvato do mesmo, solvatos dos sais farmaceutica-mente aceitáveis e metabólito biologicamente ativo do mesmo. O composto pode ser preparado como uma composição farmacêutica, e pode ser usado para o tratamento ou profilaxia de uma variedade de condições em mamífe-ros incluindo seres humanos, e particularmente, tais condições conforme podem estar associadas com atividade de JAK aberrante, incluindo, a título de exemplo não limitante, alergia, condições inflamatórias, doenças autoi-mune, doenças proliferativas, rejeição de transplante, doenças envolvendo dano de turnover da cartilagem, malformações congênitas da cartilagem, e/ou doenças associadas com hipersecreção de IL6.
