Abstract
MÉTODO DE MODULAÇÃO DO ESTÁGIO DE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE STRÓBILOS, E DE SINCRONIZAÇÃO DA VELOCIDADE DA COLETA DE PÓLEN Em um aspecto, a invenção provê um método de modulação do estágio de desenvolvimento de estróbilo crescendo em uma árvore gimnosperma compreendendo: (a) instalar um revestimento protetor sobre um ou mais botão(ões) de estróbilo, em que o tipo de revestimento protetor é selecionado para retardar ou acelerar o desenvolvimento de estróbilo, e (b) manter o revestimento protetor sobre o(s) botão(ões) de estróbilo durante um período de tempo suficiente para retardar ou acelerar o estágio de desenvolvimento dos botões de estróbilo cobertos em comporação com o estágio de desenvolvimento de estróbilo de controle com crescimento natural, não coberto.
