FITASE, SEQUÊNCIA DE ÁCIDOS NUCLEICOS ISOLADOS, VETOR DE EXPRESSÃO RECOMBINANTE, CÉLULA HOSPEDEIRA RECOMBINANTE, ORGANISMO DE PRODUÇÃO RECOMBINANTE, ADITIVO DE RAÇÃO ANIMAL, RAÇÃO ANIMAL, E, USO DE UMA FITASE A invenção diz respeito a uma fitase sintética com elevada termoestabilidade, elevada estabilidade aos ácidos em pH 2, elevada estabilidade à pepsina e com uma faixa de pH ativa ampliada e a uma sequência de ácidos nucleicos isolada que codifica para uma fitase sintética e ao uso da fitase em uma ração animal para reduzir o teor de fosfato na lama e aos aditivos de ração animal e alimentações animais compreendendo fitase sintética.
