Abstract

RESUMOPatente de Invenção: "COMPOSTOS ATIVADORES DAS PEPTIDIL - ARGININA DESIMINASES 1 E/OU 3 NA EPIDERME E AS RESPECTIVAS UTILIZAÇÕES". A presente invenção refere-se à ativação dos peptidil - arginina desiminases (PADs) 1 e/ou 3 na epiderme por pelo menos um ativo, utilizado sozinho ou em combinação, a saber a cafeína, a acefilina e/ou a teobromina em uma composição cosmética e/ou farmacêutica. A presente invenção tem também por objeto a utilização, notadamente em cosmética e/ou em terapêutica, dos ativos mencionados acima, sozinhos ou em combinação, para melhorar as funções de barreira da epiderme, prevenir e/ou tratar os sintomas ligados à secura cutânea ou melhorar e/ou favorecer a hidratação da camada corneada. Enfim, a invenção se refere ao aumento da atividade das PAD1 e/ou PAD3 na epiderme.1/1
